We say thank you – and see you soon!

Yesterday, we said goodbye to our five apprentices.
Pascal (hotel management), Janne and Jannis (kitchen), Olek and Jolina (restaurant service) – five truly strong personalities who didn’t just learn their craft here, but also showed us what real team spirit looks like.

The graduation celebration?
They organized it entirely on their own. Roast pig, salads – everything perfectly planned. So typical of this crew: action instead of complaints. And that makes us proud.

As if that weren’t enough, they even thought of their trainers and department heads and surprised us with thoughtful little gifts. That’s what appreciation looks like – and we could all take a page from their book.

What makes us especially happy:
Janne and Pascal are staying with us and stepping up to take on new responsibilities. That’s exactly how it should be. We don’t just offer training – we aim to create perspectives. And let’s be honest: anyone who’s got what it takes in hospitality can go far – whether here with us, somewhere in Germany, or on the other side of the world.

Because truth be told:
In a time when many think only of themselves, it’s more important than ever to stand up for yourself and for others. Teamwork, respect, fairness – those are things you learn here every day. And we’re incredibly proud to pass that on.

So: thank you to the five of you – for your dedication, your ideas, your laughter, and your patience (yes, even with us bosses!). You’ll always be welcome here – and we can’t wait to see what you’ll take on next.
