If you stay at the Romantikhotel Bösehof, you don't have to worry about the culinary side of your holiday. In the spirit of Captain Böse, we provide you with the best of the region from morning to night at our restaurant in Bad Bederkesa in Geestland.
All hotel guests are welcome to sit down to a richly laid breakfast table in our conservatory in the morning. Our buffet is packed with fresh and regional products; we are also happy to prepare warm egg dishes for you. This makes getting up even more fun!

Weekends, October to March: 8:00 to 10:30

Monday to Friday, from 12 pm to 5 pm, we warmly invite you to enjoy our lunch menu in the Bauernstube. Every day our kitchen prepares a different dish from fresh, regional ingredients: honest, seasonal and made with great attention to detail.
Treat yourself to a little culinary break in a cosy atmosphere. Our lunch menu is 15.9 per person, including a small bottle of water.
Every day from 2 pm to 5.30 pm, we invite you to enjoy the afternoon with us, either in the cosy atmosphere of our Bauernstube or on the sunny terrace overlooking the greenery. Our service team is always on hand to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Our small menu offers fine dishes for a light appetite, such as a fresh salad or a savoury snack. If you prefer something sweet, treat yourself to coffee and cake: homemade gateaux and cakes, aromatic coffee specialities and delicious ice cream creations. Ideal for a relaxing afternoon break.

At the start of the week, we deliberately do things a little differently.
On Monday and Tuesday evenings, we invite you to enjoy a high-quality buffet in a relaxed atmosphere, with a different selection each evening. If you're staying with us for several nights, there is something new to discover on both days. Put together your meal exactly to your taste and enjoy the freedom of choosing without a set menu.
The buffet evenings are reserved exclusively for our hotel guests.
We want your visit to us to be something special. So that we can get the best ingredients fresh for you, we ask you to give us at least three working days' notice.
We have already put together some suggestions for you for inspiration. Of course, we will also try to fulfill your individual wishes wherever possible!

Our culinary calendar presents all fixed dates and special dining events at a glance – from seasonal classics such as kale season and summer barbecue evenings under the open sky to romantic Valentine’s dinners and Easter brunch, as well as wine tastings, family celebrations and festival events, including our legendary kitchen party.
Soft drinks, juices, water, wine, and beer are available at our hotel bar at any time. Simply take a seat and help yourself, entirely on a basis of trust. Please note down what you have taken on the notepad provided, including your room number. We will charge the drinks the following day or add the amount directly to your room account.
