Emergency

In case of emergency, you can reach us by dialing 175 from your room phone.
Please note that the “emergency button” is for emergencies only. It is not room service and not the reception.

Games

We offer our guests a wide selection of games to borrow. If you would like to borrow a game, please contact our reception team — they will be happy to assist you.

We kindly ask you to treat the games with care so that all guests can enjoy them. After use, please return the games to our reception team so that other guests may also make use of them.

Garden

Feel warmly welcome in our garden and enjoy the weather with a good book. Sun loungers are available in various spots throughout the garden — feel free to choose your favorite place in our green hotel retreat.

Children’s toys for use in the garden are available in the chest in front of the terrace. Please help yourself. We kindly ask you to treat the toys with care so that all children can enjoy them, and to return used items to the chest afterwards.

Going Out in the Evening

Please understand that we do not have a night porter at our hotel. If you return “home” after 9.30 pm, please remember to take your room key card with you and use the rear entrance.

Packed Lunch

Upon request, we will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for your adventure day in the Cuxland. Please contact our reception team no later than the evening before.

Quiet Hours

Out of consideration for our other guests, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum in the corridors, on the balconies, and in your rooms between 10.00 pm and 7.30 am, as well as between 1.30 pm and 3.30 pm.

Parking & E-Charging Stations

Our complimentary hotel parking area is illuminated throughout the night — this is the best place to park your car. The parking area in front of the restaurant is no longer lit after 11.00 pm. We are also happy to rent you a garage. Please contact our reception team for availability.

You will find our e-charging stations on the rear hotel parking lot next to the garages.

Charging Station Instructions
A brief guide explaining how to start, monitor and end the charging process, as well as how the invoice is issued.

Restaurant Bills

We are happy to add your restaurant bills to your room account. In this case, please sign the receipt and indicate your room number.

Kindly review all receipts carefully at check-out. Unfortunately, any later claims cannot be verified and therefore cannot be considered.

Room Cleaning & Sustainability

Our philosophy is to combine comfort with environmental responsibility. Therefore, we do not provide routine daily room cleaning during your stay.

Of course, we are happy to assist you whenever needed:

Room Cleaning:
If you would like your room to be cleaned, please hang the sign on the outside of your door by 9.00 am at the latest.

Towels & Amenities:
Fresh towels or additional toiletries are available upon request.

Our Standards:
If you are traveling with a pet, your room will automatically be cleaned after every three nights.

Bed linen can be changed upon request (please inform us by 9.00 am at the latest).

With this approach, we aim to conserve valuable resources such as water, energy, and cleaning products, while contributing to a more mindful and sustainable use of our environment. Together, we can make a difference — for ourselves and for nature.

Rules for Dogs

To ensure that your stay — and that of our other guests — is as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

  • Please keep your dog on a leash inside the hotel, as not all guests — especially children — feel comfortable around dogs.
  • For walks, please use the nearby forest rather than the garden area.
  • Your dog should sleep on the floor, on its blanket or in its basket — not on the sofa, armchair, or bed.
  • Dogs are welcome in the restaurant area, but not during breakfast in the winter gardens. Please contact reception if you would like to have breakfast in the restaurant instead.
  • Please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door if your dog is staying alone in the room.

Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

Shopping

Shopping opportunities begin just 500 meters from Bösehof in the village center of Bad Bederkesa, as well as at the local weekly market. For a wider selection, visit the outlet and shopping center in the Havenwelten Bremerhaven, approximately 25 km away and easily accessible by car or bus. You are sure to find something special for yourself or a loved one.

You are also welcome to take a look at our hotel shop. Here you will find lovely souvenirs and perhaps a small gift to bring home to your loved ones.

Table Reservation

We are happy to take your restaurant table reservation by phone at extension 168, or you can simply use the online reservation system on our website:

Terrace

On sunny summer days, our terraces invite you to relax and unwind. The breakfast terrace is open for you until 10.30 am — please note that no further service is provided there later in the day. From 10.30 am onwards, we are pleased to welcome you on the terrace in front of the main entrance, which remains open with service throughout the day.
