Surrounded by green countryside, moor landscapes and the Bederkesa Lake, you can enjoy peace and wide open spaces here – far away from the hustle and bustle of the larger seaside resorts, yet still close to the North Sea.
From Bad Bederkesa, the port city of Bremerhaven as well as the seaside resort of Cuxhaven can be reached quickly. Hamburg is also about two hours away and makes a great destination for a day trip.

Our location is ideal for cycling and hiking holidays in northern Germany. Many tours are suitable for families as well. A bike rental service is available in Bad Bederkesa. The Bederkesa Lake is particularly popular. We are happy to provide you with further information about the various attractions in the area, such as museums and castles.
