Restaurant HEINRICHS in Bad Bederkesa is open to everyone. In a historic ambience, we serve hotel and day guests regional delicacies made with fresh ingredients from local farmers and fishermen. Reserve your table in our restaurant in Geestland and experience the authentic taste of the north.

 

We support local agriculture and source fresh produce from the region - always according to the season.

Our kitchen team completely avoids the use of convenience products and prepares every meal freshly for you.

 

You will find our opening hours on the right. Please note that our kitchen is open for you until 9.00 pm. Groups of 13 people or more are welcome at any time by prior arrangement with a set menu - even outside regular opening hours.

A New Twist on Wild Weeks

Tradition, quality, and regionality are at the heart of our Game Weeks. The game meat comes exclusively from local hunts and is sustainably sourced in close cooperation with regional hunters. Hearty game dishes are elegantly complemented by carefully selected wines, creating a perfect harmony of taste and craftsmanship – a culinary experience for all the senses.

Goose Roast To Go
for your festive meal at home

Enjoy our traditional goose roast not only in the restaurant but also at home. The geese come from Bohlenhof in Alfstedt – regionally raised, not imported factory-farmed geese. This ensures natural flavor combined with responsible farming.

The roast is prepared and ready for you to finish cooking at home. It comes with dumplings, red cabbage, an apple–almond stuffing, and our aromatic sauce.

Hearty kale feast – ideal for connoisseurs and groups!

Enjoy traditional kale with smoked pork chop, Pinkel sausage, cabbage sausage, and bacon – served with your choice of boiled potatoes or fried potatoes. Hearty, rustic, and simply delicious.
