A togetherness that lasts

When colleagues become companions on the journey

Over the past year, we had the pleasure of celebrating many special anniversaries: several colleagues marked their 5th, 10th, 20th or even 25th year with us. Altogether, this adds up to well over 150 years of experience, commitment and connection to our house. That people choose to stay with us for so long is anything but self-evident — and for us a strong sign of trust, stability and a genuine sense of togetherness.

Because these figures do not simply represent years written into an employment contract. They stand for shared journeys, for relationships that have grown over time, for experience that is passed on — and for a team that supports one another, in everyday life as well as in more challenging times.

Thank you to this very special team.
For your dedication.
For your sense of unity.
And for the togetherness that carries our house.

This became especially clear during the intense weeks around the Christmas season: despite illness-related absences in various departments, everyone worked closely together, took responsibility, stepped in for one another and jointly ensured that our guests could enjoy a wonderful time with us. This natural sense of togetherness — this quiet “we’ll get through this together” — is what truly defines our team.

Working together — and celebrating together

This became tangible once again last weekend: to mark the beginning of our company holiday, almost the entire team came together to celebrate — joyful, relaxed and with that special feeling of having accomplished something together.

And now, a short pause

We are now heading into our well-deserved company holiday. Some colleagues have set off on their vacations — putting their feet up, enjoying the sunshine or simply treating themselves to a few long mornings of sleep. Another part of the team remains here: planning, organising and taking care of all those things for which there is often neither space nor time in the everyday routine.

The house feels noticeably quieter these days — almost a little empty without the familiar voices, our guests and the lively atmosphere. And yet, we keep things moving behind the scenes so that on 23 January we can all return together to a well-prepared, tidy and welcoming Bösehof.

We are proud of this team and grateful for every single person who brings this sense of togetherness to life each day.

Warm regards,
