Why a 4.5-Star Hotel Presents Itself Differently on TikTok
We don’t just offer training – we provide guidance every step of the way.
Anyone who wants to inspire young people to pursue a career in hospitality today has to take new paths. The days when discipline and hierarchy alone set the tone are over – thankfully. Today, it’s all about appreciation, openness, and genuine interest in people.
Many talk about “a variety of insights.”
We show what training is really all about.
At our hotel, that means: front desk, restaurant, kitchen, housekeeping – our trainees work in all departments. But not at breakneck speed – they’re given time to learn, space to ask questions, and colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge. Our training isn’t just something to fill the gaps. It’s a true foundation for the future.
Our trainees show exactly that – just like in our latest Instagram post:
Jannis, Pascal, and Jolina say with confidence:
“At Bösehof, we didn’t just learn how a hotel works – but why it works.”
All three successfully completed their training – and Pascal even stayed on as part of the team.
We’re on TikTok because that’s exactly where we can reach the young people who are looking for ideas, inspiration – and sometimes even for the right place to start their career. Anyone who spends time on the platform quickly senses what’s real and what’s just for show. That’s why we present ourselves as we truly are: professional, committed – but also warm, humorous, and closely connected to what training with us is all about.
Above all, we want to show that we’re a team that welcomes young people with open arms. That we are a place where collaboration matters – and where communication happens at eye level, regardless of age, position, or job title. And yes: professionalism is important, but so is laughter. A good sense of humor is part of our everyday life – just like mutual respect.
Our trainers and department heads see their role as more than just providing technical guidance. They’re also there when personal matters weigh on someone’s mind. Because we don’t just want to train young people – we want to support them as they take their next steps in life. That’s something we truly care about.
